Terms of service

Payment

Payments are accepted through Paypal and Wise only at the moment. Alternate methods of payment can be discussed. I accept ISK, EUR and USD. Once we have discussed a price and the money has successfully been transferred, I will begin working on your commission.How long a commission takes depends on what type of work it is and how many I am currently working on.

Can/Can't do

I will NOT depict the following: Discrimination or hate to any religion, belief, or minority (such as antisemitism, racism, homophobia etc.) hateful messages and/or symbols, major copyrighted characters, other people’s characters that I do not have permission to draw, extreme nonconsensual torture or any form of abuse.

I specialize in humanoid designs and am most comfortable doing those, but I am capable of doing anthro characters too.I do not draw mecha or overly complex robotics, though this is largely subjective! You can always ask me if unsure.Suggestive and/or sexual content and gore is allowed. If NSFW content of others' oc's is requested, the owner of said oc must also be an adult. I do not draw nsfw for minors (for obvious reasons). I would prefer that minors do not request gore either.I have the right to deny any commission that makes me uncomfortable or if It is out of my ability to make according to your request.

Arranging the Commission

In the process of arranging your commission, I would like you to explain in detail what you want. That includes:- Pose or general idea, including how much of the character is shown
- The character in question and any information details regarding them that you want to tell me about (The more insight I have into the character, the more I can make the piece conform to their aesthetic)
- Certain expressions or aestheticYou may cancel the commission at any time, but note that I cannot give a refund unless I have yet to start the piece, in which case I can still only give a partial refund due to Paypal's tax policies.

Process

As stated before, I will only start your piece after successful payment.
You will be sent updates and screenshots after individual stages of the piece as follows:Pose sketch/sketches
Rough sketch/Clean sketch
Lineart
Flat colour
Finished productDuring these stages, I will need your feedback and if there is anything you would like me to change. You are allowed to request composition/pose changes up to twice in stages 1-2. Later stages also allow for changes, but only minor tweaks such as backgrounds, small details or certain colours.NOTE: I have several chronic illnesses which often prevent me from drawing. I will let you know if this is the case, or if any other difficulties come up. Please be patient with me.

Ignorance Fee: 5 USD

The Ignorance Fee is a minor fee automatically applied to any client that has not read/accepted the TOS before commissioning. This fee is also applied if the client repeatedly violates TOS before/during the commissioning process.
The initial Ignorance fee is 5 USD, but is increased by 2 USD for each additional violation of TOS committed during a commission's progress from start to finish. If a client charged with an Ignorance fee refuses to pay after being informed of the fee/re-reading TOS, they must understand that doing so legally states that they do NOT accept the artist's TOS and must therefore accept that the artist may/will legally deny/refuse any future commission/services to said client and may be blacklisted.Please note that the Ignorance Fee is not applied in case of any of the following circumstances being true: misunderstanding/misinterpretation of TOS due to a language barrier or faulty translation, misunderstanding of TOS due to lack of knowledge/uncertainty regarding professional/art related terminology, minor misunderstanding or miscommunication between the client and artist, or anything else that may be an acceptable exemption based on the artist's own judgement.
A client may also be exempt from this fee if they are unable to or have difficulties reading the TOS due to any medical condition that may affect their ability to do so, such as blindness, dyslexia or learning disabilities.The Ignorance fee is a fee that will ideally never be applied. It is simply a legal warning and safety measure to prevent ignorant, abusive or malicious interactions between the artist and client. The fee will never go above 30% of the commission price.

Privacy and Ownership

Please do inform me if you’d like the commission to be private or anonymous because I will in most cases post them on my social media once finished.The commission is your property once payment has come through, and you may do whatever you wish with the final product as long as my watermark or credit is removed in any capacity.This does not apply to copyrighted characters and therefore I tend to avoid drawing characters that can potentially cause legal trouble.
